We will visit some of the most important and outstanding wineries in the region to conclude this tour, enjoying a gourmet lunch accompanied by the best wine labels from a renowned winery in the Valley.

After visiting each of the establishments and discover all their charms, we will begin lunch: Menu with Pairing 4 steps:
Reception: green salad, pickled beets, fresh goat cheese, candied tomatoes and honey lemonade. Accompanied with Catalpa line
Entry: trout ceviche, corn, lemon, green leaves and sriracha sauce or sun-dried tomato and chickpea hummus, pesto and Atamisque walnuts. Accompanied with Catalpa line
Main: lamb with mushroom risotto; trout sorrentinos with green green cream sauce; eggplant lasagna with pomodoro sauce or grilled beef filet with roasted vegetables and Malbec sauce. Accompanied with Atamisque
Dessert line: walnut tart with viognier ice cream, apple crumble with cream ice cream or ricotta and blueberry tart with vanilla ice cream. Accompanied by sparkling wine
